1. What does Kāpikottai mean?

       Coffee beans in Tamil.

2 .Where do you source coffee from?

       We source our coffees from estates across South India, split amongst the regions of Coorg, Chikmagalur (Karnataka) and Yercaud (Tamilnadu). For more information, visit our Farm Partners page.

3. When will my coffee reach me?

        Coffees will be shipped latest 3 days post placing your order. This is done to ensure that you get the most fresh batch available.

4. Do you ship internationally?

         Not yet, But we are working on it.

5. Can I return a coffee?

        You can, under certain conditions and circumstances. Refer our Cancellations & Refund policy to know more.

6. How will I know that my order is confirmed?

        You will get an automated email as soon as the order is placed. If you don’t and money has been debited, get in touch with us via email. Write to us : kapimaster@kapikottai.coffee

7. How do I store my coffee?

        Our coffees can either be stored in the resealable bags they come in or in airtight containers. It is very important to store the coffee in a cool place (under 30 C). Therefore , kitchen cupboard might not be ideal.
